The View from Greek Beach House

When you stand on the apartment’s balcony or in the communal space of our Greek Beach House and look toward the water, you are greeted with a breathtaking panorama of mountains, islands, and sea.

Looking to your left (north), you will see the towering mountains of the Greek mainland. At night, the lights from Palairos twinkle in the distance, reflecting on the calm waters. Below these mountains, closest to the Greek Beach House, lies Sparti—an uninhabited private island covered in lush greenery.

To the right of Sparti is Skorpios, one of Greece’s most famous private islands. It was once owned by shipping magnate Aristotle Onassis, who turned it into a luxurious retreat. Today, it is leased to Russian billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev, who has undertaken extensive renovations while preserving its historic charm.

Behind Skorpios, you will see Meganisi, a picturesque island known for its upscale villas, secluded beaches, and exclusive marinas. It is sometimes referred to as the "Monte Carlo" of the Ionian because of its high-end properties and luxury appeal.

Between Skorpios and the coastal town of Nydri, you will spot two more private islands. The first is Madouri, which belonged to the famous Greek poet Aristotelis Valaoritis and remains in his family’s possession. The second is Cheloni (meaning "turtle" in Greek), a small and tranquil islet covered in dense vegetation.

This stunning landscape, rich in history and natural beauty, creates a peaceful and unforgettable view from the Greek Beach House.
